On July 13th, Do Phuong Nhi, with the help of pianist Tran Thai Linh, captivated the heart of nearly 300 audiences at L’Espace with excellent pieces of classical music.

Her performance included: Siciliana and Presto by Johann Sebastian Bach, Caprice 19 by Niccolo Paganini, Scherzo by Johannes Brahms, Tambourin Chinois by Fritz Kreisler and Violin Sonata in A major by César Franck.

The young musician received many rounds of standing ovations from the audience. In her encore stage, Nhi gifted fans with a special violin collaboration with her most precious person – her mother.

Having just come back from overseas, Phuong Nhi faced a few challenges before the night. “Although I still suffered from jet lag and couldn’t get used to the time zone here, I had to rehearse with pianist Tran Thai Linh right the next day, since we did not have enough time to prepare for this performance”, said Nhi.
